That Deaf RDH Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by Amanda Zubricki. Our mission is to support and empower deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals pursuing careers in dental hygiene. We believe in creating a more inclusive world through advocacy, education, and financial assistance.
